  • All Photographs, Videos and 3D Mapping footage on this website are the property of Bantam Stills & Motion.The media is protected by Copyright and cannot be reproduced, printed, copied or used elsewhere without prior permission. Copyright of all footage produced for Customers remains with Bantam Stills & Motion unless otherwise negotiated.

  • The Customer in hiring Bantam Stills & Motion for their project, will get full use of the media in the agreed media platform outlined at the project's start. However the Customer will not be able to sell the footage to (or allow) a third party to use it on any other media platform without the prior agreement of Bantam Stills & Motion.

  • Bantam Stills & Motion reserve the right to use any footage produced for their own promotional work (subject to copyright not being bought outright by the customer).

 
Bookings and Cancellations

  • A 30% deposit will be placed with Bantam Stills & Motion prior to commencement of filming. After this a Site Survey will be carried out, followed by a discussion with the Customer of the survey's findings. At this stage a filming date will be arranged.

  • Post filming the Customer is sent an edited but low resolution sample to peruse, and can suggest amendments. The final edit will then be produced.

  • Full payment is expected before the final high resolution copy is sent

  • Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice

  • Travel expenses and overnight accommodation where applicable, will be agreed. These are not included in the shooting rate/fee

  • If Bantam Stills & Motion cannot fly due to "Force Majeure", the filming will be rescheduled at the earliest mutual date

 
Insurance and Permissions for Commercial Operations

  • Bantam Stills & Motion are insured with Public Liability to the value of £1,000,000 in accordance with the CAA regulations. Our insurance is with Flock who is one of the leading insurers in the Industry and endorsed by the CAA for commercial flying insurance. The cover can be increased if the project requires a higher level.

  • A copy of the CAA PfCO and Operators CAA ID will be carried by the pilot on every project.

  • Bantam Stills & Motion Operations Manual will be carried by the pilot on every project.
